Directions

For maximum results: mix 2 level scoops of Xpand Post with 16-20 ounces of water and consume slowly during and/or after your workout. If more water is desired, add more than 16 ounces or further dilute Xpand Post as you consume. It is important to keep hydrated when taking Xpand Post, so in addition to the 16-20 ounces taken with the product, it is recommended more water is consumed approximately 30 minutes after the Xpand Post has been consumed. Take Xpand Post 1 time per day. Do not exceed 1 serving per day.
