Directions

Suggested Use: For best results: take 3 caplets twice daily - once in the morning on an empty stomach and 1/2 hour prior to lunch. To maximize results, drink at least 64 ounces of water daily while using NOV. Ephedra based products may reduce the effectiveness of NOV. For best results, don't eat for at least 30 minutes before or after you take NOV. Don't take NOV after 4:00 pm. Although NOV contains no stimulants of any kind, it may keep you awake.

Warnings

For adult use only. Do not use if you are pregnant or nursing or if you are at risk of being treated for high blood pressure, liver, thyroid, psychiatric disease or diabetes. Use this product with caution if you have a history of cold sores. Keep out of reach of children. Ephedra based products may reduce the effectiveness of NOV.
